Organizational performance is a key indicator of a hospital’s ability to deliver high-quality healthcare services. As an internal factor, organizational culture plays an important role in shaping employees’ behaviors, shared values, and underlying beliefs that support organizational performance. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between organizational culture, based on Edgar Schein’s Organizational Culture Theory, and organizational performance at Menur Hospital 82 respondents were selected using the cluster random sampling technique. Data were collected using a validated and reliable questionnaire and analyzed descriptively through cross-tabulation and inferentially using Spearman’s rank correlation test with a significance level of α = 0.10. The findings indicated that most respondents had a high level of organizational culture and good organizational performance. Partially, the artifacts and basic underlying assumptions dimensions were significantly associated with organizational performance, while as the espoused values dimension showed no significant association. Simultaneously, organizational culture demonstrated a strong and statistically significant relationship with organizational performance. This study concludes that strengthening organizational culture through the internalization of organizational values into employees’ work behaviors and shared assumptions contributes to improving hospital organizational performance.
