https://ejurnal.poltekkesjakarta3.ac.id/index.php/ProsidingJKT3/article/view/1308

The Demographic Bonus is a phenomenon in which the population structure is very beneficial from a development standpoint because the productive age population is enormous, while the proportion of young people is getting smaller and the proportion of older people is not yet extensive. The Demographic Bonus must be used for Indonesia as a momentum for the nation's awakening and youth is an investment in the future as the next generation who are productive and very valuable for the continuity of Indonesia's development in the future, with the high rate of development of science and technology in this period bringing impact on adolescents, especially their reproductive health status and quality of life in the future. The impact of premarital sex is indeed a serious problem; the physical impact experienced is a high risk of cervical cancer, the risk of contracting venereal diseases, HIV/AIDS, which can cause infertility and even death, unwanted pregnancies, abortions that cause fertility problems, uterine cancer, permanent disability, and even death. Conveying an understanding of the dangers of free sex in adolescents requires media that is effective and easily accessible to modern society. Teenagers in this era are susceptible to content on social media such as Instagram and Youtube; they like to follow current popular trends. Teenagers in the digital era prefer to see something that moves, like on television, YouTube, or Instagram, rather than having to read articles. Therefore, audio-visual media is
suitable for conveying messages through short film audio-visual media. This study aims to find out the differences in knowledge and attitudes of adolescents not having free sex before and after being given education based on Short Films (Short Education Movie). The research design used is Quasi Experiment. The population in this study were all class X students, totaling 124 students. 2023-07-172023-07-17118189SENSITIVITY OF SARS-CoV-2 ANTIGEN RAPID DIAGNOSTIC TEST (Ag-RDT) BASED ON CYCLE THRESHOLD (Ct) VALUE
https://ejurnal.poltekkesjakarta3.ac.id/index.php/ProsidingJKT3/article/view/1330

Rapid diagnostic test is an examination used to screen for COVID-19 disease. The analysis principle is immunochromatography, which detects SARS-CoV-2 antigens found in clinical specimens from the respiratory tract (nasopharynx and oropharynx). Evidence shows that using antigen rapid diagnostic tests (Ag-RDT) often gives false negative results; this is identified after a confirmation test using the real-time PCR gold standard. Despite being the gold standard, not all clinical laboratories have those facilities. Therefore, Ag-RDT remains an option. This study aims to determine the sensitivity of Ag-RDT based on the cycle threshold (Ct) value. This research is a diagnostic test with output in the form of sensitivity values. We used 200 clinical specimens at the Laboratorium Kesehatan Daerah (Labkesda) Depok West Java in January-June 2022. The results of the examination are arranged in cross-tabulations to be able to calculate the diagnostic value. The specificity of the Ag-RDT test was 98%, while the sensitivity was calculated based on the Ct value groups ≤25, 26-30, 31-35, and ≥35, which were 85.7%, 56%, 25.9%, and 15%, respectively. Ag-RDT has good specificity, but its sensitivity depends on the Ct value, which describes the viral load in the specimen. Nevertheless, Ag-RDT can still be used as a screening tool for COVID-19 disease, especially in areas with limited access to real-time PCR examination. However, a negative Ag-RDT result does not guarantee that not infected by SARS-CoV-2. Therefore, self-awareness is still needed to apply 6M to break the chain of SARS-CoV-2 transmission.
Puji LestariRatih Wijayanti SuwarsoKania Retnaning Astuti

https://ejurnal.poltekkesjakarta3.ac.id/index.php/ProsidingJKT3/article/view/1391

Iron deficiency anemia is caused by a lack of iron in the blood, which results in reduced hemoglobin (Hb) in the blood. Specific parameters such as ferritin, serum iron, and transferrin to help diagnose iron deficiency anemia are not always available in clinical laboratories and are quite expensive. The Hb level is a common parameter for anemia screening and reticulocyte hemoglobin equivalent (Ret-He) is one of the parameters in a hematology analyzer that can describe the availability of iron in the body but is not widely used. This study aims to determine the correlation between the Hb level and Ret-HE values in iron deficiency anemia. This research is an analytic observational study with a cross-sectional design, using medical record data on patients diagnosed with iron deficiency anemia. Sampling was carried out by purposive sampling method. The samples were calculated from the correlation calculation formula and obtained 76 data for the minimum sample. Based on inclusion criteria, 90 samples of data were obtained. The statistical test used bivariate analysis with the Pearson/Spearman correlation test. The correlation test was carried out at an α value of 0.05. The results showed that the average Ret-He value was 21.12 pg and the average Hb level was 9.8 g/dL. The data distribution showed an abnormal distribution, then The Sperman correlation test was carried out and obtained a P value = 0.000. The conclusion of the study, there is a positive correlation between Ret-He values and Hb levels in iron deficiency anemia patients. This shows that the Hb Level is directly proportional to the Ret-He value, the lower the Hb level in patients with iron deficiency anemia, then the lower the Ret-He value. This suggests that Ret-HE can also be used to determine iron deficiency anemia.
Dewi AstutiEva Ayu MaharaniIis MulianasariNinik Sukartini

The high number of teenage girls in West Java who has anaemia indicates that the program, up to the present time, has yet to be successful. Therefore, reviewing the barrier to the program's implementation is necessary. The findings of this study were expected to help identify gaps and recommend alternative strategies for effective implementation. The design was mixed research. Qualitative studies used Focus group discussion (FGD), In-depth interviews. The research was conducted in four areas in West Java representing urban and rural areas with high stunting rates, including Bandung Tasikmalaya City, West Bandung Regency, and Garut Regency. Quantitative data was collected through an online survey of 523 adolescent girls. The questionnaire was tested for the validity of the instrument. Data is processed descriptively and presented in per cent. This research has received a Research Ethics. The results showed data on knowledge gaps and practice of taking iron and folic acid tablets, (as IFA or TTD) adolescents who were socialized with iron supplements 81%, and 77% stated that iron supplements were useful, but what was very surprising was that only 15% were young women who consumed iron supplements. The delay in the distribution of iron tablets was mainly related to the COVID-19 pandemic, Weak coordination between policy makers, Lack of socialization regarding the benefits of iron tablets and how to drink and improper socialization methods, Limitations of monitoring medication adherence, The need for sharpening program achievement indicators. The new program indicator is that the process is not yet at the output of drinking TTD.
Judiono JudionoMutiara WidawatiWitri Priawanti PutriGinna MegawatiNoormarina IndraswariMara IpaHeni PrasetyowatiWidi Hastuti
